- All quotes and estimates provided are valid for a limited period, as stated in the proposal.
- Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen site conditions or modifications requested by the client.
- Any additional work not covered in the original agreement will be subject to additional charges.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract.
- A deposit may be required before work begins.
- Late payments may incur additional fees.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment.
4. Project Scheduling and Delays
- We will make reasonable efforts to complete the work within the agreed timeframe.
- Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, permitting issues, or third-party actions, are not our responsibility.
- Clients must provide necessary site access and approvals in a timely manner.
5. Site Conditions and Safety
- The client must disclose any known hazards or underground utilities on-site before work begins.
- We will follow industry-standard safety procedures, but we are not responsible for damages arising from undisclosed site conditions.
6. Warranties and Liability
- We provide warranties on workmanship as specified in the contract.
- We are not liable for damages due to third-party actions, pre-existing conditions, or force majeure events.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement under certain conditions, as outlined in the contract.
- Cancellation fees may apply if work has already commenced.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which we operate.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action is taken.
- Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiations before seeking litigation.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
